About the role

  • Plan, create, track, and execute large client acquisition strategies
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Create and manage forecasts by market, client vertical, and product line.
  • Become an expert in all aspects of PureSpectrum's offerings.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with regional management, product, and marketing teams.
  • Mentor and collaborate with regional and global development and account teams to enhance client interactions and best practices.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales territory ownership experience in market research or equivalent industry.
  • Strong understanding of market research in Asia, with key experience in Greater China, Southeast Asia, and North Asia.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education/professional experience.
  • Legally authorized to work in Singapore and do not require current or future sponsorship to maintain employment eligibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong follow-through and time management skills.
  • Solid judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with great attention to detail.
  • Expert usage of sales tracking software such as CRM and BI tools.
