About the role
- Plan, create, track, and execute large client acquisition strategies
- Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Create and manage forecasts by market, client vertical, and product line.
- Become an expert in all aspects of PureSpectrum's offerings.
- Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with regional management, product, and marketing teams.
- Mentor and collaborate with regional and global development and account teams to enhance client interactions and best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of sales territory ownership experience in market research or equivalent industry.
- Strong understanding of market research in Asia, with key experience in Greater China, Southeast Asia, and North Asia.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education/professional experience.
- Legally authorized to work in Singapore and do not require current or future sponsorship to maintain employment eligibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-through and time management skills.
- Solid judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Strong analytical aptitude with great attention to detail.
- Expert usage of sales tracking software such as CRM and BI tools.
