About the role

  • Operational and strategic management of paid marketing channels (Meta, TikTok, Google) with a focus on revenue, efficiency and scaling
  • Planning, execution and optimization of campaigns across the entire funnel in close coordination with CRM, Content and D2C
  • KPI-based performance analysis and structured reporting of paid marketing results
  • Use of BI tools and multi-attribution models for informed evaluation of channel and campaign performance
  • Test-and-learn approach for continuous optimization of creatives, audiences and budgets
  • Clean campaign and project management including prioritization and structured execution (e.g., with Asana)

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media or Communication Studies or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in paid marketing, ideally in a D2C or e-commerce environment
  • Very good knowledge of Meta, TikTok & Google Ads Manager and experience working with BI tools
  • Experience with Asana or comparable project management tools
  • High level of initiative, ownership, and an analytical, structured way of working
  • Strong team player with clear communication and a solution-oriented, can-do mindset
