Operations

• Oversee daily operations, including pre-production and work-in-progress job boards.
• Respond to inquiries from insurance adjusters, homeowners, and property managers.
• Ensure jobs progress as planned and efficiently, including accurate use of in-house PM tools.
• Champion communication efforts on complex or sensitive jobs.
• Conduct remediation assessments as needed.
• Manage truck loading and ensure technician teams are equipped for their projects.
• Ensure trucks and equipment are stocked, operating correctly, and visually maintained.
• Train and supervise a high-performing team, conducting weekly training and safety meetings.
• Review DASH and Power BI reports for performance evaluations and improvements.
• Work with sales, marketing, and finance departments to align operational efforts and ensure overall efficiency.

• Lead abatement projects from start to finish—including asbestos, lead, and mold
• Build project plans including scope, schedule, and staffing
• Coordinate and oversee internal crews and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and local regulations
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and conduct safety audits
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and insurance stakeholders
• Inspect work for quality and compliance and drive corrective actions
• Maintain complete project documentation and reporting
• Train and mentor abatement staff
• May be required to participate in an on-call schedule depending on the needs of the business

Sales

• Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments (qualified leads are provided for you so no cold calling is needed)
• Evaluate job scope using moisture meters and other technology
• Provide solutions to homeowners in their time of need by quickly building trust and showing empathy
• Get work authorization signed while onsite by providing honest consultations and following our steps
• Communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers
• Process all documentation and ensure it is completed promptly
• Communicate with Insurance Companies as needed
