About the role

  • Oversee cross-departmental, holistic efforts to generate revenue in specific areas as prioritized by PureCars
  • Coordinate and manage weekly and monthly pipeline reviews, meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and best practices
  • Examine, identify opportunities, and predict revenue and retention by examining individual cancellation and upsell funnels
  • Work closely with sales, client-facing, marketing, product/engineering, and finance teams to ensure upsell growth and retention of prioritized products/initiatives
  • Conceptualize and execute increased revenue streams including product SWOT analysis, market analysis (TAM, SAM, SOM), competitive analysis, sales strategy, retention strategy, and product feedback tied to cost/revenue analysis
  • Serve as an escalation point for high value client-facing needs and set the tone of conversations to the client base and industry
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration across teams and provide regular progress reports toward Company Initiatives to the Executive Leadership Team

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product marketing / management / selling; advertising agency or marketing technology environment preferred
  • 5+ years experience with digital marketing and/or automotive marketing
  • Ability to successfully craft and present a persuasive story based on digital advertising data
  • Ability to properly tailor communication regarding data processes to your audience’s expertise level
  • Self-starter with proven success as both a manager and an accomplished individual contributor
  • Automotive marketing and automotive experience is a plus
  • Excellent writing and strong/persuasive presentation skills
  • Deep experience with digital marketing, specifically search, social, programmatic, and email marketing
  • Expertise using Google Suite of tools, such as Google Ads and Google Analytics, to formulate a ROI-centered story and develop client-facing strategies founded in solid data analysis
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead a team through a constantly changing environment, product enhancements and rapid growth
  • Exceptional at detecting the need for and driving internal change
