About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end service relationship for strategic accounts
- Reduce support friction by identifying technical risks and delivering root cause analyses
- Serve as the primary conduit between the customer and Everpure’s product leadership
- Lead quarterly operational and executive management reviews
- Coordinate complex implementations and migrations within change control windows
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of relevant experience (customer-facing, large accounts, industry related)
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and navigate matrixed environments to drive customer success
- Mastery in articulating complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Expert organizational and project management skills
- Proficient understanding of data storage, cloud infrastructure, or adjacent enterprise IT sectors
- Periodic travel to customer sites for in-person meetings, may be up to 30% in EMEA and APJ regions
