About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and lead strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth for Portworx
- Build, coach, and empower a diverse and inclusive sales team
- Partner with Marketing and Customer Experience to build a thriving customer ecosystem
- Lead a rigorous, value-based sales process optimised for SaaS and cloud-native software solutions
- Collaborate across Everpure and Portworx to ensure strategic alignment
- Engage directly with customers, partners, and routes to market
- Drive differentiation for Portworx by developing and executing integrated go-to-market plans
- Lead operational excellence initiatives
- Define and track success metrics across pipeline generation, communications, and marketing activities

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience leading high-growth software sales teams
- Experience in first line leadership roles
- A strong track record of building and executing territory and go-to-market strategies
- Deep understanding of the cloud-native and Kubernetes ecosystem, DevOps, open-source software, and application modernisation
- Data-driven leadership mindset
- Strong program management and communication skills
- Experience managing partners, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives
