Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and lead strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth for Portworx
  • Build, coach, and empower a diverse and inclusive sales team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience leading high-growth software sales teams
  • Experience in first line leadership roles
  • A strong track record of building and executing territory and go-to-market strategies
  • Deep understanding of the cloud-native and Kubernetes ecosystem, DevOps, open-source software, and application modernisation
  • Data-driven leadership mindset
  • Strong program management and communication skills
  • Experience managing partners, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives
