About the role

  • Responsible for the frontend development of Pure’s user interface ensuring an enhanced user experience, reusability, consistency, reliability, speed and security
  • Collaborate closely with product manager and engineers at the center of continuous evolution of Pure’s UI & UX
  • Experiment with new technologies and UX/UI design patterns to push the state-of-the-art and innovate new solutions
  • Identify requirements and take solutions from initial design to production
  • Participate in design discussions and contribute to secure, production-ready UI implementations

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working on UI and front-end web engineering
  • Strong experience with React is a MUST
  • Javascript, jQuery and CSS, HTML 5
  • Experience working with REST API design and implementation
  • Good understanding of UI design patterns, MVC Model view control
  • Understanding of design/UX principles and ability to participate in design discussions
  • Experience in developing secure web applications and knowledge of application vulnerabilities such as Cross Site Scripting (XSS), Cross Site Request Forgery (CSRF)
  • Experience with containers is a plus
  • Must be willing and able to work in an open office, highly collaborative team environment
