About the role

  • Serve as central point of coordination for SKU-related deliverables tied to product launches, sustaining commercial updates, and end-of-sales.
  • Coordinate SKU-related workstreams including request submission, attributes defining, BOM mapping, configuration setting, user acceptance test across Product Management, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and other cross-functional teams.
  • Drive clear timelines and deliverables for SKU configuration, testing, and deployment activities in alignment with product launch milestones, to secure time to market.
  • Facilitate regular syncs and checkpoints to ensure progress and issue resolution across stakeholders.
  • Track risks, dependencies, and blockers related to SKU readiness; escalate and drive resolution as needed.
  • Develop and maintain lightweight, repeatable processes for SKU readiness within the broader Product Lifecycle framework.
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment and timely communication throughout the launch/decommission lifecycle.
  • Support post-launch retrospectives and process improvements to refine execution over time.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally in a supply chain, product lifecycle operations, or commercial systems environment.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and drive accountability without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities in high-pressure environments.
  • Experience supporting SKU-related initiatives (e.g., product launch readiness, pricing changes, SKU rollout, or SKU decommission) across hardware, software subscriptions, and service products.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, comfortable managing multiple workstreams and timelines in parallel.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to translate technical or process issues into actionable steps.
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar) and comfort working in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
