Engineering Manager

• Lead end-to-end code orchestration, triage management and operational execution of the software release pipeline for Pure Storage platforms.
• Drive continuous process improvement, cross-team alignment, and cost efficient release cycles with focus on reducing engineering toil to ship monthly releases.
• Own software release SLOs, report metrics on product quality and engineering productivity, and drive organizational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with product development teams and lead infrastructure teams to design and implement robust, scalable CI/CD pipelines and test infrastructure.
• Serve as a technical and people leader for teams focused on CI systems, infrastructure automation, and developer/test productivity.
• Design and build software and automation tools to increase developer productivity and enable self-service testing and integration.
• Optimize and manage resources and create reports to track against metrics.
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to identify requirements and pain points and prioritize solutions.
