- Lead an Order Management Team accountable for successful execution and creation of sales orders
- Drive a world class order to cash process, oversee team results, mentor and provide direction, monitor work quality, and coach on performance
- Apply continuous improvement mindset, recommend process and system enhancements, and propagate continuous improvement culture
- Lead a team of Order Processing Specialists and guide them to complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies
- Develop and utilize operational KPIs to gather insights, track performance, drive accountability and customer delight
- Act as main escalation point for order issues and collaborate with multiple internal functions to resolve them
- Provide guidance on company policies and may help develop and execute policies affecting the organization
- Standardize go-to-market models and work cross-functionally to gain efficiencies
- Mentor, coach, and contribute to team development, promote professional growth
- Support increased workload during month-end and quarter-end and allocate resources to meet schedules
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an order management role preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience, which includes the management of direct reports
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business or supply chain related field
- Experience working with Salesforce and SAP preferred
- Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems in an order processing function
- Experience working in a channel-driven sales organization
- Flexibility to execute, adapt, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment at a high growth company
- Flexible and adaptable to meet sudden non-routine and unstructured requests
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on routine assignments
