About the role
- Join Pure Storage in Madrid as an Account Executive leading sales across public sector (central ministries, regional governments) and enterprise (IBEX 35) accounts
- Drive new business, grow strategic customers, and collaborate with Pre-sales, Channel, and Marketing teams
- Champion Pure’s all-flash storage and data solutions and communicate customer value
- Cultivate deep, trusted customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Build and execute account strategies and align internal teams to win pursuits
- Drive a robust pipeline and consistently exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with Channel, GSI and Ecosystem partners to co-sell and expand presence
- Present tailored proposals connecting customer outcomes to Pure’s platform advantages
Requirements
- Strong foundation in sales and business development with emphasis on teamwork, relationship building, and customer success
- Solid experience in indirect sales across Enterprise and Public Sector accounts and ability to collaborate with Channel, GSI and Ecosystem Partners
- Strong track record selling to Public Sector (central government/ministries and regional governments) and Private Sector (IBEX 35 & other) Enterprise customers
- Excellent value-based storytelling skills and hunter + rancher mindset to acquire new logos while growing strategic accounts
- Knowledge of cloud computing, data management, and data centre architecture
- Minimum of 8+ years of field sales experience
- C1/C2 level Spanish (written and verbal) and business fluent English
