Join Pure Storage in Madrid as an Account Executive leading sales across public sector (central ministries, regional governments) and enterprise (IBEX 35) accounts
Drive new business, grow strategic customers, and collaborate with Pre-sales, Channel, and Marketing teams
Champion Pure’s all-flash storage and data solutions and communicate customer value
Cultivate deep, trusted customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor
Build and execute account strategies and align internal teams to win pursuits
Drive a robust pipeline and consistently exceed sales targets
Collaborate with Channel, GSI and Ecosystem partners to co-sell and expand presence
Present tailored proposals connecting customer outcomes to Pure’s platform advantages
Requirements
Strong foundation in sales and business development with emphasis on teamwork, relationship building, and customer success
Solid experience in indirect sales across Enterprise and Public Sector accounts and ability to collaborate with Channel, GSI and Ecosystem Partners
Strong track record selling to Public Sector (central government/ministries and regional governments) and Private Sector (IBEX 35 & other) Enterprise customers
Excellent value-based storytelling skills and hunter + rancher mindset to acquire new logos while growing strategic accounts
Knowledge of cloud computing, data management, and data centre architecture
Minimum of 8+ years of field sales experience
C1/C2 level Spanish (written and verbal) and business fluent English
