About the role

  • Join Pure Storage in Madrid as an Account Executive leading sales across public sector (central ministries, regional governments) and enterprise (IBEX 35) accounts
  • Drive new business, grow strategic customers, and collaborate with Pre-sales, Channel, and Marketing teams
  • Champion Pure’s all-flash storage and data solutions and communicate customer value
  • Cultivate deep, trusted customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor
  • Build and execute account strategies and align internal teams to win pursuits
  • Drive a robust pipeline and consistently exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with Channel, GSI and Ecosystem partners to co-sell and expand presence
  • Present tailored proposals connecting customer outcomes to Pure’s platform advantages

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in sales and business development with emphasis on teamwork, relationship building, and customer success
  • Solid experience in indirect sales across Enterprise and Public Sector accounts and ability to collaborate with Channel, GSI and Ecosystem Partners
  • Strong track record selling to Public Sector (central government/ministries and regional governments) and Private Sector (IBEX 35 & other) Enterprise customers
  • Excellent value-based storytelling skills and hunter + rancher mindset to acquire new logos while growing strategic accounts
  • Knowledge of cloud computing, data management, and data centre architecture
  • Minimum of 8+ years of field sales experience
  • C1/C2 level Spanish (written and verbal) and business fluent English
