About the role
- Lead the APJ Solutions and Product Specialist team
- Orchestrate technical resources across the region
- Work with sales leadership to create long-term growth plans
- Engage with pre-sales and sales teams to strategize
- Develop, improve, and maintain team resources
- Mentor team members and conduct performance evaluations
- Ensure alignment of technical messaging across functions
- Build and maintain networks within the organization and with partners
Requirements
- Substantial experience in a leadership role within large IT projects or similar
- Proven ability to sell into large organizations
- Deep understanding of IT consulting, pre and post-sales transformational IT services, consulting, or IT design/build projects
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to quickly establish trusted advisor status with senior stakeholders
- Experience in hiring and leading technical teams
