About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the overall management and operation of the residential property
Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the property
Ensuring its upkeep, managing tenant relations, and handling administrative tasks
Conducting all business in accordance with company policies and procedures
Coordinating turnover of vacant units and ensuring they are cleaned and orderly
Reviewing local market conditions and determining rental rates
Advertising vacant units and responding to prospective residents
Assisting prospective residents with lockbox access for self-guided tours
Documenting and recommending necessary repair work

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least one year of residential property management experience/onsite residential management experience
Ability to lift 40 lbs
Ability to climb stairs, bend over, reach and perform all physical tasks associated with the position
