• Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures

Implementation Training Manager

Data Scientist

• Identify, prioritize, and execute financial data cleanup tasks for a streamlined consolidation transition.
• Proactively audit and analyze financial data to identify and resolve any financial discrepancies and issues that could hinder the consolidation process.
• Oversee the transfer of all financial data, ensuring timely and accurate migration to meet consolidation deadlines.
• Drive the financial data validation process, ensuring accuracy and consistency across multiple systems.
• Manage the accounting configuration for the target database, with a focus on maintaining data integrity.
• Complete all post-cutover accounting tasks, including final financial reconciliation and closeout.
• Oversee the financial configuration of the target database, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Partner with key stakeholders to evaluate non-standard policies and exercise independent judgment to drive integration and ensure alignment with consolidation goals.
• Provide support where needed to ensure the consolidation process runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain consolidation-related spreadsheets, documents, and data, ensuring they are up to date and accessible for the team.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all consolidation goals are met within the designated time frame, maintaining progress and addressing any roadblocks.

Implementation Financial Data Manager

• Oversee the entire entity data lifecycle throughout the implementation process
• Lead data validation, migration, system configuration, and third-party integrations
• Proactively audit and analyze data to identify and resolve any errors
• Act as the main point of contact for third-party partners
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all consolidation goals are met

Implementation Entity Data Manager

Field Engineer

• Perform all duties requested for assigned work orders in accordance with Company policies and PURE HomeRiver vision.
• Be able to travel to properties in a timely and expeditious manner to perform various types of property evaluations including new property assessments, move-out evaluations, occupied property checks, and vacant property checks within the deadlines set.
• Ability to travel within deadlines and time requirements to properties to examine and document property conditions and identify needed repairs.
• Ability to work with computers and smartphone-based dispatching and email.
• Be available to travel to properties to perform field work immediately upon instruction by the property management team.
• Lift and carry 50 pounds, climb ladders and stairs, walk, bend, reach and perform other functions as may be required to complete assigned tasks.
• Attend staff, training, and other meetings as directed by management.
• Assist with administrative work as needed in the office.
• Ensure safety standards are used that comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of state, local, and federal fair housing laws.
• Dress in a PURE HomeRiver-approved uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Field Support Specialist

Manager

• Keep vacant units clean
• Answer phones
• Issue (post) notices to tenants when necessary and receive, distribute & file notices received
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections
• Document and recommend necessary repair work and organizing any vendor work to be performed
• Monitoring such work as it is being performed
• Order locks to be changed/change codes after move-outs (in-between tenants)
• Maintain/secure keys & remotes
• Prepare and orchestrate various inspections
• Annual safety inspections of each unit with Property Manager
• Work with various municipal (fire, water, insurance) inspections
• Enforcement of apartment rules
• Maintain registry of tenants, vehicles, assigned keys & gate remotes
• Maintain & file monthly expenses reports and receipts
• Create supply and equipment manifest
• Order and/or reorder of supplies for maintaining the complex
• Straighten up and remove trash from common areas
• Call vendors for plumbing, electrical, gas issues and report to PM within 24 hours of such occurrences
• Keep entry and common areas free of debris and clutter
• Return garbage, recycling, and compost containers to respective locations after pickup days and keep area clean and organized
• Replace broken and burnt lightbulbs in all common areas

Resident Manager

• Responsible for the overall management and operation of the residential property
• Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the property, ensuring its upkeep, managing tenant relations, and handling administrative tasks
• Conducting business in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
• Coordinating turnover of vacant units and ensuring they are cleaned and orderly
• Reviewing market conditions and determining rental rates and special incentives
• Advertising vacant units and assisting prospective residents
• Monitoring lease expiration dates and sending renewal notices
• Conducting inspections and documenting necessary repair work and vendor coordination
