About the role
- Monitor leasing performance metrics across markets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Translate data insights into actionable training and coaching initiatives.
- Partner with cross-departmental business partners to address performance challenges and elevate results.
- Design and deliver a structured onboarding and ongoing professional development curriculum for Leasing and Operations team members.
- Incorporate field feedback into training and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental business partners to identify coaching opportunities within operations.
- Provide targeted coaching and training to individuals or teams to strengthen performance outcomes.
- Reinforce accountability standards through structured follow-up and performance tracking.
- Support the rollout of new initiatives, systems, or policy updates that impact leasing performance.
Requirements
- To be computer-savvy with intermediate-level experience in G-Suite
- 3+ Years of Property Management Experience Preferred
- 3+ Years of leadership preferred
- Real Estate License preferred
- Proficiencies in Google Workspace required.
