About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Investigate all types of personal and commercial insurance claims
- Assess damages and negotiate claim settlements on behalf of insurance companies or self-insured parties
- Obtain account of events from policyholders and/or witnesses/third parties by interviewing them with tact and vigilance
- Investigate facts and circumstances to determine the cause and liability of the loss
- Provide well-founded recommendations to clients
- Inspect and determine the scope of damages according to our clients' standards
- Negotiate a fair and satisfactory settlement for all parties involved
Requirements
What you’ll need- Valid AMF claims adjuster license - Category 5A
- Minimum 2 years of experience in claims settlement
- Valid driver's license
