About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Accountable for the delivery of XA reporting and XA Client Guidelines
Support Director of IMS and Regional adjusting teams
Provide oversight and guidance on files requiring technical direction
Create, manage, and oversee XA Standard Operating Procedures
Maintain current client guidelines and expectations related to the use of XA
Monitor and maintain active XA user list
Assist with onboarding of adjusters to projects
Collaborate with key stakeholders on any special projects and initiatives related to XA

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 5 years of relevant property claims adjusting experience
Demonstrated advanced knowledge of XactAnalysis
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities in an effective manner
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, including presentations to both internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
