Manage a variety of design projects, from initial concepts to final production-ready artwork.
Collaborate with our production team, ensuring designs are accurately translated into final products.
Maintain pristine organization in your workspace (both physical and digital), fostering creativity and efficiency.
Engage in daily check-ins to communicate progress and any challenges while contributing positively to our team’s culture.
Flex your creative muscles, taking on tasks as needed to support your teammates and enhance our overall design output.

Requirements

What you’ll need

BFA or BA in Design, Illustration, Fine Arts, or a related field.
7+ years of hands-on experience in surface design, especially in stationery or similar product categories.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of design principles.
You’re a self-starter filled with energy and innovative ideas, embodying the brand aesthetic.
You possess versatility in your artistic style, capable of exploring various techniques and looks.
Knowledge of surface pattern repeats, composition, and color theory is essential.
You thrive on collaboration but can also work independently, adapting to feedback with grace.
Your keen market insight allows you to identify trends and consumer needs easily.
Strong organizational and communication skills help you manage multiple projects efficiently.
