About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist multiple SIS with day-to-day operational requirements.
  • Track SIS-level KPIs.
  • Support SIS Staff in achieving sales targets through improved service and selling skills.
  • Analyze SIS performance and share insights with the Area Sales Manager.
  • Ensure VM standards are implemented consistently across all SIS.
  • Coordinate with VM team for execution of seasonal updates, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Audit SIS display quality and provide corrective action plans.
  • Assist SIS in stock replenishment, stock counts, and shrinkage control.
  • Identify fast/slow-moving products & support stock balancing across stores.
  • Report stock gaps and discrepancies to the Area Manager.
  • Conduct on-floor training for new and existing Retail Associates.
  • Reinforce product knowledge, customer service expectations, and selling skills.
  • Support performance coaching for SIS staff.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 25 years in retail operations.
  • Experience handling multi-store/SIS/LFR or supervisory retail roles is an advantage.
  • Field-based role—requires daily/weekly travel across assigned stores.
  • Flexible hours, including weekends and retail peak seasons.
  • Education Graduate (Preferred: Business, Retail, Marketing).
