About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Master LinkedIn: research, test, iterate, and document what drives reach, engagement, and inbound leads
- Create and publish content: post drafts, carousels, short videos, comments, and founder/employee content
- Use and test the latest AI tools for marketing
- Build a weekly content engine: themes, hooks, formats, posting schedules, and repurposing
- Analyze performance and run experiments (A/B tests on hooks, formats, topics, and timing)
- Explore new distribution channels
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are passionate about technology and marketing and fascinated by how content spreads (and eager to validate ideas through experiments)
- 1–2+ years of relevant experience (we value your results and willingness to learn more than your CV)
- Fluent in German and English
- Analytical mindset and a strong sense for compelling content (hooks, structure, clarity)
- Reliable execution: you deliver consistently and iterate quickly
- Bonus: basic design/video skills (Figma/Canva/CapCut) and familiarity with B2B SaaS
