About the role
- Work side-by-side with founder and growth team on high-impact projects
- Drive strategic projects across business development and GTM (70% growth focus)
- Test, validate, and scale new growth channels
- Support international expansion with a strong focus on the US
- Measure, analyze, and report on strategy, campaigns, and performance
- Design, optimize, and automate internal processes and operations (30% operations focus)
- Help scale finance setup: accounting, forecasting, and business cases
- Support investor updates and reporting
- Be hands-on as part operator, part entrepreneur, part growth hacker
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a top university (Business, Economics, STEM, or related)
- 1–3 years in Tier 1/2 consulting, Investment Banking, high-growth startups/VCs, or founder experience
- High ownership, initiative, and ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Excellent written & verbal skills in English and German
- Impact-driven and interested in technology and building meaningful products
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hunger to learn startup operations
- Based in Hamburg (hybrid possible)
