💰 €60,000 - €72,000 per year
About the role
- Take full ownership of top-funnel activities: email marketing, website, SEA, driving continuous optimization and innovation
- Build and optimize outbound sequences and experiment with new strategies
- Explore and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and growth
- Lead channel testing to expand reach and unlock new growth opportunities
- Work closely with business development and sales to achieve ARR growth targets
- Measure, quantify, and report on campaign and strategy performance
- Develop positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies and successfully launch new products to market
- Collaborate directly with founders and play an active role in building the team
- Ensure PULT stands out loudly and clearly in the market
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of relevant experience in demand generation, online marketing, or growth, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong skills in content creation and storytelling
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM), Clay, Make.com or similar tools
- Proven ability to set up and automate outreach sequences
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment: entrepreneurial, fast learner, and resourceful
- Excellent organizational, project management, and prioritization skills
- Strong communication skills – written, visual, and verbal
- Fluent in German and English
