About the role

  • Manage cash flow by preparing projections and analyses of Accounts Receivable (CAR), Accounts Payable (CAP), and financial investments, ensuring the organization’s financial health;
  • Plan and ensure proper use of the Omie system, contributing to the efficiency and automation of financial processes;
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations, working with the external accounting firm to validate period-end closings and maintain data integrity;
  • Develop tax planning and optimization strategies, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and mitigate risks;
  • Assist in preparing and controlling Pulsus’s budget, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals;
  • Define, monitor and analyze financial KPIs and Unit Economics indicators (such as Cash Flow, MRR, CAC, among others) to support strategic decisions;
  • Prepare ad hoc financial analyses, providing valuable insights for decision-making;
  • Maintain effective communication with accounting firms and banking institutions, strengthening strategic partnerships;
  • Audit Accounts Receivable (CAR) and Accounts Payable (CAP) activities;
  • Improve the operational efficiency of the finance department by identifying improvement opportunities, developing automations for financial processes, and leveraging AI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields;
  • Proven experience in financial planning, budget control, and cash flow analysis;
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and knowledge of BI tools (such as Looker Studio), plus experience with ERP systems, preferably Omie;
  • Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo, SP.
