About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B partners and key accounts
  • Identify and develop new partnership and business opportunities
  • Drive outbound outreach to potential distributors, retailers, and strategic partners
  • Act as the main point of contact for strategic accounts
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing partnerships
  • Coordinate internally with operations, logistics, marketing, and support teams
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing partner experience
  • Track account performance, sales trends, and partner needs
  • Prepare business reviews, sales updates, and partnership plans
  • Resolve issues proactively and maintain strong long-term relationships
  • Support expansion into new markets and channels

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development roles
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Experience driving outbound business development or partner acquisition
  • Commercial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in fast-growing and dynamic environments
  • Strong ownership mindset and proactive communication
  • Experience working with physical products or hardware devices is a strong advantage
  • Experience working with distributors, retail partners, or international accounts (nice to have)
