About the role
- Build and implement clear processes across inbound, outbound, partnerships, and retail
- Define how the B2B team operates (planning, pipeline management, execution rhythm)
- Own forecasting, reporting, and KPI tracking across all B2B activities
- Lead and structure the B2B team with clear roles, ownership, and accountability
- Run pipeline reviews, performance tracking, and execution follow-ups
- Ensure consistent, on-time delivery across all B2B initiatives
- Identify risks, performance gaps, and act proactively
- Support growth of key channels and expansion into new markets
Requirements
- Strong leadership experience in B2B, sales, or commercial roles
- Proven track record of building structured teams, processes, and systems
- Experience with forecasting, reporting, and performance management
- Ability to bring clarity and discipline into fast-growing environments
- Strong ownership mindset with accountability for results
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and aligning multiple stakeholders
- Nice to have: Experience opening or scaling retail channels (EU, USA, AU)
- Nice to have: Experience working across multiple markets
