About the role
- Own the end-to-end UX/UI of the Pulsetto mobile app
- Audit and continuously improve key user journeys (onboarding, core usage, Premium flows)
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify friction and opportunities
- Translate insights into clear, intuitive product experiences
- Build and maintain a scalable design system
- Ensure consistency across all features and touchpoints
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality implementations
- Contribute to product decisions with user-centric and data-informed thinking
Requirements
- Strong experience designing mobile app UX/UI (not web-only or visual-only profiles)
- Proven ability to design end-to-end product experiences , not just screens
- Hands-on experience with user research (interviews, usability testing, insights → actions)
- Experience building or maintaining design systems
- Ability to connect UX decisions with business impact (retention, conversion, engagement)
- Strong collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
- Portfolio that shows problem-solving, thinking, and impact , not just visuals
