About the role
- Architect and build the automation engine for an AI-powered governance ruleset
- Optimize governance workflows and automate proposal processes
- Lead platform and interface foundations for AI-augmented knowledge work
- Build production-grade systems with strong observability, testing, and rollback paths
- Drive milestones, communicate risks, and ship iteratively
Requirements
- 5+ years building production-grade back-end/server-side systems
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js
- Advanced SQL skills with relational modeling (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Experience building data pipelines integrating third-party APIs
- Working proficiency in at least one of: Python, Go, Rust, or Java
