About the role

  • Act as a strategic analytics partner to Product Managers
  • Design and evaluate experiments (A/B testing and beyond)
  • Analyze trends across core product and business metrics
  • Generate actionable insights to improve user outcomes and product performance
  • Build data visualizations and dashboards for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Become a subject matter expert in January’s data ecosystem
  • Support Operations and Client Success teams with data-driven insights

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product analytics or data science
  • Strong experience with Python or R for statistical analysis
  • Solid to advanced understanding of statistics and experimentation methodologies
  • Experience analyzing product performance metrics and user behavior
  • Strong ability to derive insights from complex datasets
