About the role
- Deliver ServiceNow application development and configuration based on defined business requirements
- Design, maintain, and optimize CMDB structure and related data quality processes
- Implement and manage integrations with cloud environments and external systems
- Develop and troubleshoot REST/SOAP API integrations and authentication mechanisms
- Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and platform standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud-based transformation initiatives
Requirements
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent ServiceNow development certification
- Strong practical experience working with CMDB (CSDM knowledge is a plus)
- Proven experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or similar platforms)
- Solid expertise in cloud integrations and API development (REST/SOAP, authentication patterns, troubleshooting)
- Experience working in distributed, international teams
- Strong communication skills in English
