About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You own your client relationships end-to-end: from brief intake and strategic alignment to influencer marketing campaign delivery and performance reporting
You translate client business and marketing briefs into data-driven social media strategies, ensuring KPIs, platform selection and creator fit are aligned from day one
You develop and present pitches for new business, upsell opportunities, and influencer activations, positioning Pulse's social-first capabilities with confidence and commercial instinct
You oversee influencer campaign execution in close collaboration with internal strategy, talent, and content production teams, keeping timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication on track
You analyze and present campaign performance data across key social media metrics, drawing clear conclusions and actionable recommendations for your clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have 5-7 years of experience in client services or account management at a social media, influencer marketing, or digital agency
You are obsessed with social. You know what is trending, what big brands are up to and which creators are hot right now
You communicate clearly and confidently, in writing and in person, and can manage multiple client demands without losing composure
You are commercially minded and able to identify and develop opportunities within existing accounts
You are solution-oriented, structured, and a reliable partner for both clients and colleagues
You are open to feedback, collaborative by nature, and motivated by delivering work that makes a measurable difference
