About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently manage medium-sized and moderately complex social media campaigns for our clients, developing creative concepts and executing them
Collaborate with Strategy and other internal teams while communicating with clients and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery
Identify procedural and functional challenges, develop solutions, and improve productivity, efficiency, and alignment across teams
Analyze trends, prepare internal and external reports, and contribute to strategic decision-making
Consistently bring creative and innovative approaches that drive Pulse's business forward

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years of experience in social media, including at least 2 years in influencer marketing
Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills and enjoy working with numbers
Passionate about both project management and emotional storytelling
A true team player with a strong hands-on mentality
Approach new challenges with a positive attitude and know how to motivate your team
Fluent in German and English
