About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You independently manage large-scale, high-complexity social media campaigns for our clients, develop creative concepts and bring them to life
You collaborate with Strategy and other internal teams while liaising with clients and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery
You identify procedural and functional challenges, develop solutions, and drive productivity, efficiency and alignment across teams
You analyze trends, prepare internal and external reports, and contribute to strategic decision-making
You consistently introduce creative and innovative approaches that advance Pulse’s business
You are accountable for performance, lead your team and support its ongoing development while helping shape the strategic direction of the influencer marketing department

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years’ experience in social media, including at least 3 years in influencer marketing
Strong analytical skills and strategic decision-making ability; comfortable working with numbers
Equally passionate about project management and emotive storytelling
A true team player with a strong hands-on mentality
You approach new challenges positively and know how to motivate your team
Fluent in German and English.
