About the role
- Plan, set up, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Instagram, from initial concept through to ongoing performance optimization
- Analyze campaign data, identify optimization opportunities, and translate them into concrete recommendations
- Produce reports that help clients progress—clear, easy to understand, and aligned with their business objectives
- Work closely with the influencer and creative teams to ensure paid and organic efforts are seamlessly integrated
- Actively contribute to pitches and client presentations and provide consultancy on paid social strategy
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in paid social, preferably in an agency or high-growth environment
- Deep knowledge of Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager and a solid understanding of full-funnel campaign planning
- Strong creative instincts and an understanding of which formats and hooks perform best on each platform
- Experience with influencer whitelisting or creator ads is a strong plus
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
