About the role
- You plan, set up, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Instagram, from initial concept through ongoing performance optimization
- You analyze campaign data, identify optimization opportunities, and turn them into concrete recommendations
- You create reports that help clients move forward — clear, easy to understand, and aligned with their business goals
- You work closely with the influencer and creative teams to ensure paid and organic efforts work together seamlessly
- You actively contribute to pitches and client presentations and provide consulting on paid social strategies
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in paid social, preferably in an agency or high-growth environment
- Deep knowledge of Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, with an understanding of full-funnel campaign strategy
- Strong creative instincts and familiarity with which formats and hooks perform best on each platform
- Experience with influencer whitelisting or creator ads is a strong plus
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
