About the role
- You plan editorial calendars and align content with brand strategy and platform best practices
- You manage internal and external productions and brief creators and partners to bring ideas to life
- You write sharp, on-brand captions and adapt copy to different formats and target audiences
- You publish content on time and handle community management with a proactive and reactive approach
- You analyse performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations and optimisations
- You lead client status calls and support with report presentations and content or pitch decks
Requirements
- You bring 2+ years of social media experience and understand agency processes and client dynamics
- You know Instagram and TikTok deeply and are familiar with Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest or YouTube
- You own the full content process, from ideation to publishing, and work confidently with creators and teams
- You write engaging, tailored copy and know how to hit the right tone for each platform and audience
- You understand KPIs and reporting tools and use data to continuously improve content performance
- You speak fluent German and English and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams alike
