You plan editorial calendars and align content with brand strategy and platform best practices
You manage internal and external productions and brief creators and partners to bring ideas to life
You write sharp, on-brand captions and adapt copy to different formats and target audiences
You publish content on time and handle community management with a proactive and reactive approach
You analyse performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations and optimisations
You lead client status calls and support with report presentations and content or pitch decks
Requirements
You bring 2+ years of social media experience and understand agency processes and client dynamics
You know Instagram and TikTok deeply and are familiar with Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest or YouTube
You own the full content process, from ideation to publishing, and work confidently with creators and teams
You write engaging, tailored copy and know how to hit the right tone for each platform and audience
You understand KPIs and reporting tools and use data to continuously improve content performance
You speak fluent German and English and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams alike
