About the role
- Take ownership of content, community, and performance across platforms like Instagram, TikTok & more
- Plan editorial calendars and align content with brand strategy and platform best practices
- Manage internal and external productions and brief creators and partners
- Write sharp, on-brand captions and adapt copy to different formats and target audiences
- Publish content on time and handle community management with a proactive and reactive approach
- Analyse performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations and optimisations
- Lead client status calls and support with report presentations and content or pitch decks
Requirements
- 2+ years of social media experience and understanding of agency processes and client dynamics
- Deep knowledge of Instagram and TikTok; familiarity with Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest or YouTube
- Ownership of the full content process from ideation to publishing; experience working with creators and teams
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to adapt tone to different platforms and target audiences
- Understanding of KPIs and reporting tools; ability to use data to improve content performance
- Fluent German and English; clear communication with clients and internal teams
