What you’ll need

Must be located in Illinois
6+ years of experience in architecture, construction, or permitting
Demonstrated involvement in various permitting processes
Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes
Excellent communication abilities and relationship-building skills with clients and municipal officials
Skilled in using relevant software tools and adaptable in learning new systems
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a closely related field
Must answer whether visa sponsorship will be required to work in the US
