• Conduct regular customer visits to promote and sell textile auxiliary products, ensuring strong market presence within the assigned Lahore market
• Drive sales growth in the Lahore region by developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and distributors
• Provide comprehensive technical support to assigned customers, offering product guidance and troubleshooting to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
• Manage account receivables and ensure timely payment recovery from direct customers to maintain healthy cash flow
• Oversee RSF (Recommended Selling Formula/Fixation) for the assigned customer portfolio to ensure pricing consistency and profitability
• Identify and acquire new direct customers to expand the company’s market base
• Submit detailed daily visits and activity reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
• Achieve sales targets as per the agreed business objectives and contribute to overall regional performance

• Build, plan and execute the sale of textile auxiliaries in assigned countries, regions and defined customers
• Targeted acquisition of new customers in the field of specialty chemicals for the textile industry
• Sales and consultancy for textile and process auxiliaries
• Maintain customer relationships and establish long-term trust
• Develop and implement sales activities for the textile segment
• Continuous market monitoring within the area of responsibility and derivation of necessary measures
• Plan and achieve the budget for textile auxiliaries based on company objectives
• Regular exchange and collaboration with R&D and Textile Application Technology (AWT) to develop new products and technologies according to market and customer requirements
• Participate in trade fairs and conferences
• Regular on-site customer visits within the regions
