- Champion safety culture and ethical standards across all operations

- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven process optimization and strengthening enterprise capability for leading this change
- Establish and implement process excellence standards across the enterprise
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance work planning and resource allocation
- Deliver scalable solutions aligned with strategic objectives
- Build influential relationships across the organization to advance process improvements
- Collaborate with Enterprise Performance Management, Organizational Change Management, Transformation Strategy, and Operational Training teams to ensure smooth execution of PSE strategic plan
- Leverage market intelligence and competitive insights to inform team direction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, operations management, or other related field; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Ten (10) years of experience in project management, business management, program management, consulting, industrial engineering, or other related field
- Five (5) years of experience in operations, process improvement, and/or customer service
- Demonstrated experience and passion for continuous process improvement, data integrity, and organizational change management
- Knowledge and understanding of technology concepts in conjunction with business considerations
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and coaching skills
- Strong skills in MS Office suite and enterprise business systems
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, at all levels of an organization
- Strong problem solving, organization, and analytical skills
- Adept at multi-tasking and working within a matrix organization structure
