About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage warehouse/inventory control, including receiving, issuing, and organizing materials;
- Coordinate the reservation of physical spaces for: external client events and examinations; internal needs (tests, selection processes, etc.);
- Handle space rentals, from initial inquiries through confirmation and follow-up;
- Provide customer service to external clients via email and WhatsApp;
- Access and operate internal systems such as CRM and the academic management system;
- Organize schedules, timelines and room availability;
- Act as a liaison with internal departments (Academic, Finance, Operations);
- Ensure quality and efficiency in information flow and customer service.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Management Processes, Logistics or Commercial Management;
- Experience in administrative and operational routines;
- Experience in stock control/warehouse management;
- Experience in customer service;
- Experience organizing schedules or events;
- Experience managing spaces and infrastructure;
- Intermediate Excel skills;
- Familiarity with systems (ERP, CRM, or academic management systems).
- Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with CRM systems;
- Experience working in educational institutions;
- Experience organizing events or exams/competitions;
- Knowledge of integrated administrative processes.
