About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide service to students and faculty, offering support, answering questions and assisting with processes related to Postgraduate and Short-term courses;
Maintain active communication with students and professors through institutional channels, providing assistance with academic and administrative requests;
Forward requests to the responsible departments, monitor handling and ensure appropriate follow-up with involved parties;
Monitor the administrative processes of the courses, ensuring compliance with workflows and the smooth progress of all stages involved;
Send invitations to faculty for course participation, ensuring transfer of necessary information and adherence to established schedules;
Register and update faculty information in the institution's internal systems;
Maintain ongoing relationships with professors, students, internal teams and support areas, contributing to the smooth operation of daily activities;
Support student recruitment activities by contacting candidates to present courses and clarify doubts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Higher education completed or in progress;
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite;
Strong communication skills (written and verbal);
Experience in the academic field and in customer service;
Knowledge of Power BI;
Knowledge of academic information systems;
Experience developing and working with performance indicators.
