Key responsibilities & impact

Support the AI Governance Management in implementing institutional guidelines related to data governance for AI.
Design and maintain data governance practices focused on Artificial Intelligence, Analytics and digital transformation initiatives.
Continuously monitor the quality, consistency, integrity and traceability of institutional data.
Map, catalog and document data assets, metadata and institutional data dictionaries, as well as conceptual, logical and physical data models.
Support AI projects by ensuring the adequacy, quality and representativeness of the data used.
Identify and analyze risks related to bias, sensitivity and improper use of data.
Support processes for classifying data according to criticality, privacy and regulatory requirements.
Define standards and guidelines for the data lifecycle, storage and usage.
Monitor indicators of data quality, compliance and governance for institutional data.
Collaborate with business areas, technology, information security, compliance and AI teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree.
Knowledge of Data Governance.
Understanding of conceptual, logical and physical data modeling.
Knowledge of the data lifecycle, metadata and data quality.
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Understanding of AI ethics, data bias and dataset representativeness.
Knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), privacy, compliance and the handling of sensitive data.
Critical thinking to evaluate data quality and reliability.
Ability to define governance standards, processes and controls.
Good communication with technical and business stakeholders.
Analytical, systemic mindset and a continuous improvement orientation.
Experience with data governance for AI, analytics or machine learning projects.
Knowledge of frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM or COBIT.
Experience with data catalog and governance tools.
Knowledge of Data Warehouse, Data Lake or Lakehouse architectures.
Experience with data quality indicators and metrics.
Knowledge of AI governance and Responsible AI.
Experience in digital transformation and Business Intelligence environments.
Knowledge of data integration and consolidation.
Experience with auditing, internal controls or data risk management.
Knowledge of cloud environments and modern data platforms.
