About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate generative AI tools, platforms and solutions for institutional use.
Support business areas in identifying opportunities to apply generative AI.
Serve as a technical reference on topics related to LLMs, copilots, AI agents and intelligent assistants.
Prepare technical opinions on risks, benefits and limitations of generative solutions.
Define and disseminate best practices for the use of generative AI within the organization.
Support the definition of minimum standards for documentation, traceability and use of generative solutions.
Assess aspects related to response quality, hallucinations, biases, security and privacy.
Support literacy and training initiatives in generative AI.
Collaborate with business, technology, data, compliance, legal and information security teams.
Monitor trends, regulations and technological developments related to generative AI.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid knowledge of generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Strong understanding of prompt engineering and interaction with generative models.
Knowledge of AI agents, copilots and intelligent assistants.
Solid understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and corporate knowledge base usage.
Awareness of risks, limitations and challenges related to generative AI.
Strong knowledge of ethics, bias, transparency and responsible AI use.
Solid knowledge of LGPD, privacy and data protection applied to AI.
Analytical ability to critically evaluate solutions and outputs produced by AI.
Good communication skills with both technical and business teams.
Ability to produce technical opinions, guidance and recommendations.
Knowledge of AI governance frameworks (advantageous).
Experience with enterprise generative AI platforms (advantageous).
Knowledge of AI risk assessment (advantageous).
Experience with digital transformation and innovation (advantageous).
Knowledge of intelligent automation, BPA or IDP (advantageous).
Knowledge of data governance (advantageous).
Knowledge of national and international AI regulations (advantageous).
Experience in training, capacity building or knowledge dissemination (advantageous).
Knowledge of AI solution architecture and integration with enterprise systems (advantageous).
Certifications related to AI, cloud, data or governance (advantageous).
