About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform academic registrations in the system (courses, sections, terms, academic calendars, enrollments/associations);
Support parameterization in the Lyceum system under guidance;
Verify and validate academic data before publications and releases;
Support system testing and approvals;
Organize databases and controls in Excel;
Assist in documenting academic processes;
Liaise with the academic office, IT and related departments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience with academic routines in higher education;
Basic to intermediate knowledge of the Lyceum system (operations and registrations);
Intermediate Excel (filters, basic formulas, spreadsheet organization);
Organized and detail-oriented;
Ability to work in a team and follow technical guidelines.
Experience with distance education (EAD);
Experience with core/structural registrations (curriculum matrix, approval/pass rules, calendars);
Experience supporting projects;
Interest in career development in academic management and systems.
