About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the gathering of business requirements with user areas;
Map and document processes, identifying opportunities for improvement;
Analyze requests considering the context of affected systems and departments;
Assist in translating business requirements into structured language for technology teams;
Serve as a communication support point between academic units and development teams;
Participate in planning ceremonies and delivery follow-ups with product teams;
Support prioritization of requests with stakeholders;
Contribute to the organization and traceability of deliverables and requirements;
Support development and testing teams in validating requirements;
Perform process analyses of moderate complexity and propose improvements;
Collaborate on the institution’s strategic initiatives and projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed;
Analytical ability to understand and structure business needs;
Experience in process mapping and modeling;
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC);
Good communication and collaborative working skills;
Systemic thinking and a results-oriented mindset;
Proactivity and a commitment to continuous learning.
Experience in educational institutions or academic contexts;
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
Familiarity with Design Thinking;
Knowledge of process modeling tools (e.g., Bizagi);
Experience with process management/automation tools (e.g., Pipefy);
Basic understanding of Lean and continuous improvement.
