About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Multichannel user support (Level 1)
Assist users in troubleshooting and problem resolution
Collect evidence and log/report bugs
Test and reproduce errors
Perform system setup and operational configuration
Organize and track support tickets
Structured escalation to Level 2/Level 3 teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in progress or completed
Basic knowledge of technical support
Experience in user support
Ability to follow processes and procedures
Experience with task management tools
Experience with internal platforms/systems
Experience troubleshooting login/access issues
Familiarity with browsers, cache, cookies, and access issues
