About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide in-person support to students and parents;
Participate in institutional events to generate leads;
Maintain ongoing communication with coordinators and faculty;
Support schools in monitoring class enrollment;
Actively work to close pending classes/enrollments;
Accurately enter and update information in the CRM (Salesforce), using the tool as a basis for tracking metrics, results, and supporting decision-making;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree;
Previous experience in inside sales or proactive customer service;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Organized and disciplined in CRM use;
Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team;
Genuine interest in working with people in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-evolving environment;
