About the role

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve the customer experience and drive sales.
  • Collect, analyze and interpret customer data to identify business opportunities and improve market segmentation;
  • Customize and configure the CRM system according to company needs, ensuring integration with other systems and platforms;
  • Train and enable the sales and marketing teams to use the CRM effectively, ensuring alignment with company objectives;
  • Monitor and evaluate CRM performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize the system;
  • Collaborate with other areas of the company, such as IT and Customer Service, to ensure CRM integration and alignment with internal processes;
  • Stay up to date with CRM trends and best practices by attending training courses and obtaining certifications in the field;
  • Demonstrate proactivity, creativity and analytical skills in CRM management, always aiming for continuous improvement of processes and results;
  • Contribute to the company’s success and to customer satisfaction through effective CRM management and customer relationship practices;
  • Seek opportunities for growth and professional development in CRM with the goal of becoming a recognized specialist in the market;
  • Knowledge of automation (Journey Builder), personalization (Email Studio) and the use of data (Data Extensions).

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
  • Proven prior experience in CRM roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, among others.
  • Skill in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ability to develop and implement CRM strategies to improve the customer experience and drive sales.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to interact with different areas of the company.
  • Ability to train and enable teams to use the CRM effectively, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Proactivity, creativity and analytical skills in CRM management, aimed at continuous improvement of processes and results.
  • CRM certifications and participation in training courses will be considered a plus.
  • Passion for technology, innovation and a customer-focused mindset, consistently seeking excellence in customer relationships and information management.
