About the role

  • Define and evolve the visual identity across shopping and membership experiences
  • Ensure brand consistency across paid media, onsite, lifecycle, and product surfaces
  • Maintain clear brand guidelines and documentation
  • Lead creative direction for major promotions and product initiatives
  • Partner with Growth and Retention to align creative with performance objectives
  • Raise the quality and clarity of promotional storytelling
  • Build repeatable templates and production frameworks
  • Improve creative velocity without sacrificing quality
  • Establish review and quality control processes
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Retention, and BI
  • Ensure creative supports business KPIs (conversion, retention, revenue)
  • Provide clear direction and feedback to designers and creators

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in creative leadership roles
  • Experience in ecommerce, consumer brands, or subscription businesses
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing
  • Proven ability to balance brand integrity with commercial goals
