About the role
- Define and evolve the visual identity across shopping and membership experiences
- Ensure brand consistency across paid media, onsite, lifecycle, and product surfaces
- Maintain clear brand guidelines and documentation
- Lead creative direction for major promotions and product initiatives
- Partner with Growth and Retention to align creative with performance objectives
- Raise the quality and clarity of promotional storytelling
- Build repeatable templates and production frameworks
- Improve creative velocity without sacrificing quality
- Establish review and quality control processes
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Retention, and BI
- Ensure creative supports business KPIs (conversion, retention, revenue)
- Provide clear direction and feedback to designers and creators
Requirements
- 7–10+ years in creative leadership roles
- Experience in ecommerce, consumer brands, or subscription businesses
- Strong understanding of performance marketing
- Proven ability to balance brand integrity with commercial goals
