About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handling member inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Financial Institution Experience (Preferred)
  • Sales Experience (Preferred)
